Adding tracks to the On-Air list:

From a source tab (Song, VoiceTrack, Jingle etc.):
Select one or more files in the source tab.
Right-click and choose 'Insert as next' (X in the menu) to insert directly after the current track.
Or drag and drop the files onto the On-Air list.

The changes are sent to RadioBOSS immediately.
The list is refreshed after a short delay to show the confirmed state.

Note: Only audio files and supported commands can be added to the On-Air list.

Sending a whole playlist

In the FTP directory tab a complete playlist can be handed over to the running show. Select the playlist there and open the drop-down menu with Enter or a right click. Three entries send to the OnAir list:

- Send to OnAir - replace list: The running list is discarded and replaced by the selected playlist. Because this throws away a show on air, you are asked first.
- Send to OnAir - play next: The playlist is queued behind the track now playing and runs next, in its own order.
- Send to OnAir - append: The playlist goes to the end of the OnAir list, what is running stays untouched.

Playback is not started. Even when replacing, RemotePLE only swaps the list; when it goes on air is your decision.

The playlist goes to the instance selected in the check box next to the OnAir list. The hint of the menu entry names it, so it is audible where the playlist would end up.

The entries are handed over one by one, not as a file. The OnAir list therefore holds the individual tracks rather than one collective entry, and each can still be moved or deleted. With long lists this takes a moment; an announcement with the count reports the end.
